Christelle Schläpfer, a former secondary school teacher, is recognised in Switzerland as a leading expert in the field of bullying and cyberbullying. With more than a decade of experience in psychosocial counselling, she teaches at renowned institutions such as the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona and the Adler Institute in Paris. Her innovative bullying training programme for professionals has been part of the European Psych.E.In project (Psychological Early Intervention) since 2022. Schläpfer's core expertise lies in providing individual counselling to those affected by bullying (and their parents) and actively supporting schools in preventing and overcoming bullying situations.
Her approach focuses on customised solutions based on an in-depth analysis of the individual case, whereby she makes it clear that there is no universal solution in the fight against bullying, as the cross-system components must always be taken into account.
