Advance booking
Advance booking begins on the 5th of the previous month. Advance sales for our subscribers and theater friends begin two days before the free sale, on the 3rd of each month. If the 3rd or 5th of a month falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the start of advance sales is postponed to the next working day.

Webshop
In the webshop you can book your theater tickets for specific seats, pay by credit card or Postcard and print them out conveniently at home.
EC-Direct (Maestro), Postcard, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Box office Pfauen
Tickets for all performances and events at the Schauspielhaus Zürich, Pfauen and Schiffbau are available at the Pfauen box office. Our staff will serve you in person or by phone and will be happy to advise you on planning your next visit to the theater or choosing a subscription.

Box office Schiffbau
The Schiffbau only has an evening box office, which opens one hour before the performance begins.
Box Office
The box office opens one hour before the performance, and for Kammer and Matchbox performances, it opens 30 minutes before the performance. Tickets at the box office are available for the specific performance on that day.

Purchased tickets cannot be refunded. Discounts cannot be combined. In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling of a performance, or substitution with a different production, a refund of the purchase price will be provided. The General Terms and Conditions of Schauspielhaus Zürich AG apply.
GROUP TICKET ORDERS
Please send orders for groups of 10 or more in writing to our theater box office via email at theaterkasse [at] schauspielhaus.ch, including your contact details (email and mobile number). We will process your group request after the start of ticket sales in the order in which they are received.
Subscribers
As a subscriber, you can book additional tickets for performances here and take advantage of the 10% discount per ticket.
General and Half-Fare subscribers can book their tickets online here.
Note for General and Half-Fare subscribers: To claim the discount in the online shop, you need an ID number, which you can find on your subscription card.

Zürcher Kantonalbank Seat Upgrade
Customers of Zürcher Kantonalbank benefit from an exclusive seat upgrade for a maximum of two tickets per performance. For example, you can sit in the best available seats in the first category but only pay the price of the second category. To receive the upgrade, you must have an account with Zürcher Kantonalbank. Please present a ZKB bank card at the entrance for verification. Tickets with seat upgrades can be purchased in the online shop, by phone, or directly at the box office. Please note that ZKB discounts do not apply on Mondays or for premieres.
