The Pfauen, which includes the Pfauen and Pfauen/Kammer stages, is located at the "Kunsthaus" stop. It can be reached directly from Zurich Main Station by tram line 3 or bus line 31. Additionally, tram lines 5 and 9 also stop at this location.
Our foyer staff will be happy to arrange a taxi for you before the performance or during the intermission. Parking for your vehicle is available at the Hohe Promenade parking garage (Rämistrasse 22a). Reserved and clearly marked parking spaces for disabled visitors are located on Rämistrasse, above the Schauspielhaus. Disabled parking spaces are also available in the Hohe Promenade parking garage (Pfauen) at Rämistrasse 38, 8001 Zurich.
Schiffbau
Schiffbaustrasse 4
8005 Zurich
Tram lines 4 and 8, as well as bus lines 33, 72, and 83, go directly to Schiffbau. Tram lines 13 and 17, as well as the S-Bahn, also stop at Escher-Wyss-Platz, which is near Schiffbau, and the Hardbrücke train station.
Our foyer staff will be happy to arrange a taxi for you before the performance or during the intermission. Public parking is available under the Hardbrücke, and additional parking is available at the Pfingstweidstrasse 1 parking garage, 8005 Zurich. Disabled parking spaces are available in the Schiffbau underground garage, Giessereistrasse, 8005 Zurich (access via Turbinenplatz).
Gastronomy

If you're looking for a quick bite before the show or a glass of champagne during intermission, a snack bar in the Pfauen foyer is open starting one hour before the performance and during the break.
For a more substantial meal before or after your visit to the theater, we recommend the Santa Lucia Teatro restaurant located within the building. Our foyer staff is happy to assist with last-minute reservations.

Schiffbau
The bar and canteen at Schiffbau are open daily from 5:00 PM or one hour before the show begins. When you purchase a subscription (valued at CHF 150 or more), you will receive a voucher worth CHF 50 for our partner restaurant LaSalle, located in Schiffbau.

Cloakrooms
Both Pfauen and Schiffbau offer complimentary cloakrooms where you can store your bags, coats, backpacks, and umbrellas. For safety reasons, bags larger than A4 size are not allowed inside the auditorium. Please leave them at our free, supervised cloakrooms.
Introductions & Discussions
For many of our performances, we offer introductions or post-show discussions with the actors involved. You can find the dates for these events in our monthly schedule and on our website. Additionally, you can listen to introductions by our dramaturgs as audio files on our Soundcloud account and on the individual pages of the plays.
Private and Public Tours
The schedule for public tours of the Schiffbau, designed for adults, children, and families, can be found in our monthly program and at www.schauspielhaus.ch. For those who wish to dive into the world of theater with friends, colleagues, or club members, and take a behind-the-scenes look at the Schiffbau with its workshops and studios, Schauspielhaus offers private tours (for groups of ten or more).
