The American poet, scientist, activist and author interweaves scientific observations of marine mammals with black feminism in her book UNERTRUNKEN – Was ich als Schwarze Feministin von Meeressäugetieren lernte in 19 Lektionen - in an empowering and poetic way. Brandy Butler will present some text passages in a scenic setting. Author Alexis Pauline Gumbs will then be connected digitally for a conversation.
