At the intersection of stand-up comedy, performance, video art, dance and concert, Ntando Cele searches for identity and authenticity in the life stories of Black artists. In the ambivalent atmosphere of a nightclub, she questions the persistence of racist stereotypes in the art world. Using the role of Othello, traditionally played by a white actor, she defines the framework granted to a Black artist on the European stage.
