Suna Gürler has shaped the Schauspielhaus Zürich in a very special way over the past five years. For one, she directed award-winning works such as BULLESTRESS and JETZT, JETZT, JETZT in close collaboration with Swiss authors Lucien Haug, Fatima Moumouni, and Laurin Buser. She also initiated THEATERJAHR and managed the youth clubs and all-things-education for the youth program. Helping shape the Schauspielhaus on or around the stage, a close-knit network of young people has formed. This season we are fortunate to have Suna Gürler incubating a new project that involves contemporary Swiss German literature and young performers.
