Spring is here, summer is just around the corner and with it the upcoming theatre season!
August 2025 will not only see the start of a new season at Schauspielhaus Zürich, but also a new artistic director. With Pınar Karabulut and Rafael Sanchez, a new team with a sparkling programme is waiting in the wings, hooves pawing to be presented to Zurich audiences.
Regular audiences, theatre-goers, interested parties and newcomers - everyone who is curious is invited to the festive presentation of the 2025/26 season. We introduce the team, the ensemble, the titles, themes, artists and specials that you can look forward to. We will give you an initial insight into the future of the Schauspielhaus, which we would like to shape together with you from the opening in mid-September. We recommend that you bring a sharpened crayon so that you can mark the premiere dates of your programme favourites directly in the brand new season booklet!

In the evening, we will be showing a production by co-director Rafael Sanchez at the Pfauen: KLASSENTREFFEN by and with Mike Müller - a foretaste of the coming season. Tickets are already available in advance.
