Daniele Pintaudi

Born in Switzerland, Daniele Pintaudi studied piano in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Zurich, Paris, and Basel, followed by acting in Geneva and experimental music theatre in Bern. In recent years, he has worked as both an actor and musician at various theatres, including Theater Basel, Deutsches Theater Berlin, Théâtre Vidy Lausanne, Gessnerallee Zürich, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Konzert Theater Bern, Hebbel am Ufer (HAU) and Radialsystem Berlin, Théâtre Le Poche Geneva, Théâtre Le Public Brussels, Théâtre Populaire Romand, and Théâtre ABC La Chaux-de-Fonds.

He maintains a long-standing collaboration with Thom Luz, with whose productions he has toured in France, Germany, Iceland, Finland, Israel, Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and at the Venice Biennale. In 2018, he premiered Davide Carnevali’s solo piece A Portrait of the Artist as a Dead Man at the Munich Biennale and the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin.

At the Residenztheater, Daniele Pintaudi appears as a guest performer in Thom Luz’s productions Olympiapark in the Dark and Leonce und Lena.
