Julia Skof (*1992) is interested in the mediocre, the simultaneity of events and life that takes place at the margins. She studied philosophy and sociology at the University of Basel and directing at the Zurich University of the Arts. Her final project "Antigone" was invited to the Körber Studio for Young Directors at the Thalia Theatre in Hamburg and was shortlisted. With the collective SoftShell, she realised "Resort" - a performative expedition into the artificially created hustle and bustle of an ecosphere - as part of the "Tankstelle Bühne" programme for young talent at the Südpol Lucerne. In addition to her work in theatre and performance, she is also active in experimental film.
