Born and raised in Frankfurt am Main, he pursued brief studies in philosophy, German studies, and comparative literature before working as a dramaturgy assistant at the Vienna Burgtheater and as a program booklet editor for ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival. He then worked as a freelance dramaturg and translator from English, collaborating with institutions such as the Burgtheater, the Salzburg Festival, and Schauspiel Stuttgart. In the 2024/25 season, he will join Schauspielhaus Zürich as a dramaturg.
