Moritz Müller, a stage and costume designer from Berlin, witnessed the early days of the Volksbühne under Frank Castorf and Bert Neumann. He began his career in the off-theater scene and studied under Gunther Kaiser, Volker Pfüller, and H.-J. Ruckhäberle. He has worked consistently with Sascha Bunge, Sebastian Hartmann, Milan Peschel, and later with Jan Bosse, with whom he has collaborated since 2013.
His first experiences included assisting a dance production in Zurich and Avenches for Switzerland's 750th anniversary celebrations. In Zurich, he also worked at the Theater Neumarkt. At the Schauspielhaus, his projects included Parzival (2011, set and costumes), Die Panne (costumes), Measure for Measure (set), and now Dirty Hands (set).
