Fantasmagoria
A fantastic, supernatural vision. A place of wonder. A set of ideas and representations that captivate by their power of illusion.Philippe Quesneoffers an insight into the matrix of his shows, into his mental workshop where ghosts from the history of art, tales awaiting bodies and lonesome machines meet.A musical show without actors, but with machines, monsters, magic... An ever-changing diorama ofpossible worlds which defies the fatality of time !Philippe Quesne will collaborate with Elodie Dauguet for the space, Nico De Rooji for the lights and video, Pierre Desprats (musician of Bertrand Mandico) for the music, various intellectual contributions (Coccia...) and the workshops of props and sets.
Boudoir
For this new production, Steven Cohen invites the audience to his « boudoir », a place of intimacy and transgression, intended to display his memories as well as to welcome his visitors. A hybrid and refined space, born from the collage of contradictory memories : past collective life, trophies of all kinds, luxury objects, sacred objects, intimate objects, works of art... Steven Cohen will produce for this piece new video performances shot in « memory » places (extermination camp, castle, cemetery, memorial...), about power, history and oppression and their imprints on the bodies.
Be Arielle F
Simon Senn, a videographer and visual artist from Geneva, purchased the digital copy of a female body online, then embarked on a quest to meet the woman whose body he would go on to inhabit thanks to virtual reality. In this digital conference that doubles as a demonstration and a confession, Simon Senn demonstrates how the virtual world and the real world are not always in opposition, revealing the unexpected entanglements between technology, representation, gender, and law.
dSimon
Tammara Leites trained an Artificial Intelligence to become a writer. She gave it the personality of the artist Simon Senn by integrating his personal data. But the AI soon began to behave strangely... Tammaraand Simon relate their surprising encounter with this digital, now-autonomous, Frankenstein monster-like entity. dSimon is the account of this ongoing investigation, with the participation of its three protagonists.
